The Art of Crepes: Made With Love

If the Slavic kitchen had a comfort-food champion, it would be the crepe (blini). Delicate, golden, and versatile, these thin pancakes have fed families through celebrations and long winters for generations.

Making them is an art: batter is poured onto a sizzling pan, swirled paper-thin, and flipped to golden perfection before being paired with sweet jam, honey, or savory fillings.
