Bring your products to festival-goers.

We invite vendors and businesses of every size — with or without ties to the Slavic world — to join us. Past vendors have included jewelry makers, kvass and mead makers, ceramics artists, and traditional clothing sellers.

Vendor booth: $300
Non-profit organization: free (subject to space)

Important Note: Vendors must bring all of their own hardware, including tables, chairs, tents, and equipment. We provide space only — no tables or chairs are provided by the festival.

Vendor Registration

To reserve your booth, please fill out the form below. We need your name, company name, the product you'll be presenting, your email, and your phone number. Spaces are limited and assigned first-come, first-served — we'll contact you to confirm and arrange payment.
