Feast on hearty borscht, tender pelmeni and vareniki (pierogi), thin golden blini, stuffed pirozhki, savory golubtsi, crispy draniki, char-grilled shashlik, and sweet medovik honey cake — all prepared on-site from authentic family recipes.
Wash it down with house-made kvass, fruit kompot, mellow medovukha (honey mead), and tea from a bubbling samovar, then let the music move you: a live folk choir, balalaika and bayan ensembles, high-flying Cossack dance and Ukrainian hopak, gentle khorovod round-dances, and a special performance by the headline Kalinka Folk Ensemble.
